Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States including Alaska Hawaii and US territories and Canada only We do not ship to PO boxes APO/FPO addresses or international destinations outside of Canada at this time If your shipping address is outside these areas your order may be canceled and a full refund issued

Shipping Methods and Costs All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days Monday through Friday excluding holidays after order confirmation unless otherwise noted for custom or made-to-order items

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location order weight and selected method We may offer promotional free shipping from time to time—check our site for details

Order Tracking: Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number You can track your package directly on the carriers website e.g. USPS.com or UPS.com If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days contact us at mail.alaaraofficial@gmail.com

Delivery Delays and Issues Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed Delays may occur due to high order volume weather carrier issues or customs processing for Canada We are not responsible for delays beyond our control but well assist in resolving them

If your package is lost or damaged in transit Lost Packages: If not delivered within 15 business days of the estimated date USA or 20 business days Canada contact us immediately Well file a claim with the carrier and if confirmed lost provide a replacement or full refund Damaged Packages: Inspect your order upon arrival If damaged contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items Well arrange a replacement or refund

All shipments are insured up to the order value Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier confirms delivery

International Shipping to Canada For Canadian orders you are responsible for any customs duties taxes tariffs or brokerage fees imposed by Canadian authorities These are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid upon delivery Refusal to pay may result in the package being returned or abandoned with no refund for shipping fees Estimated duties can vary check with Canada Border Services Agency for details

We comply with all export regulations from the USA Ensure your order complies with Canadian import laws

Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address If your package is returned due to an incorrect address well reship it upon payment of additional shipping fees We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you

Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Alaara we want you to be delighted with your jewelry If something isn't quite right were here to help This policy applies to all purchases made on Alaara.org

Return Eligibility Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery After 30 days all sales are final Condition: Items must be unworn unused undamaged and in their original packaging including tags certificates of authenticity if provided and any protective materials Jewelry showing signs of wear eg scratches tarnish from use will not be accepted Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or receipt with the return

Exclusions No returns exchanges or refunds on Custom personalized or engraved items eg monogrammed rings Pierced jewelry e.g. earrings for hygiene reasons unless defective Final sale or clearance items marked as such on the product page Gift cards or digital products Items altered or resized by a third party

Return Process 1 Initiate Return: Email mail.alaaraofficial@gmail.com with your order number reason for return and photos if applicable e.g. for defects Well review and provide approval along with return instructions including a return shipping label if eligible 2 Ship Back: Use the provided label or ship via a traceable carrier You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error e.g. wrong item sent or defect—in which case well cover it Insure the package for its full value 3 Inspection: Upon receipt well inspect the item within 3-5 business days If approved well process your refund or exchange

Refunds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method e.g. credit card PayPal within 7-10 business days of approval Original shipping fees are non-refundable For free shipping orders a $5.99 deduction may apply if the return drops the order below the free shipping threshold Refunds include the item price and any applicable taxes minus restocking fees if any—up to 10% for non-defective returns

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size color or style subject to availability Follow the same return process and specify your exchange preference If the new item costs more you'll pay the difference if less well refund the difference Exchange shipping is free within the USA for Canada you cover return shipping and well cover outbound

Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a defective item or the wrong product Contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos Well provide a prepaid return label and either repair replace with the same or equivalent item or refund at our discretion.

Restocking Fees: A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection costs This is waived for exchanges or if due to our error
